Secure Remote IT Support with Seltech
For authorised remote IT support, you can join a secure remote session with us by downloading our private session app. This application is used only to resolve IT issues on your computer, and runs temporarily in memory during the session. We will never install software permanently on your device without your permission.
You retain full control of your PC throughout the session and can terminate access at any time. Your data privacy and security are our top priority: Seltech does not share information with any third parties, companies, or individuals.
Our remote sessions are conducted with the highest level of professional IT services, ensuring your data is treated with the utmost care and sensitivity. Please only download the application below if you have been authorised by Seltech IT Services to do so.

Click on "Download App for remote support" below. A new page will open.

A file "TeamViewerQS" will automatically download into your downloads folder. Please open the file and accept the disclaimer to continue.

Provide the ID number and password displayed to the IT engineer supporting your case.
NB: The Teamviewer app is never installed on your device, but runs in memory during the support session. You can close our remote tool at any point in the support session and we will lose access to your device.
