Remote Session
For remote IT support, join a remote session with us by downloading our private session app. Downloading our App is only to resolve IT issues on your computer, authorised by us. We will not install the App on your PC; however, it will run in memory during the session. You have full control over your PC, and you can terminate the session at any point. We do not share your information or data with any third parties, companies or individuals. We are strictly professional in all remote sessions, treating your data with care and sensitivity. You are not to download the application below if we have not authorised you to do so.

A file "TeamViewerQS" will automatically download into your downloads folder. Please open the file and accept the disclaimer to continue.

Provide the ID number and password displayed to the IT engineer supporting your case.
NB: The Teamviewer app is never installed on your device, but runs in memory during the support session. You can close our remote tool at any point in the support session and we will lose access to your device.
