  • We offer fast and reliable remote IT support services . Our services cover a wide range of software issues, including troubleshooting, software updates,  security support, managed solution support, system upgrades and many more. 
  • What sets us apart from our competitors is our fixed pricing plans. Unlike many other IT support providers who charge hourly rates for software issues, we offer a fixed fee of £75 per IT incident ticket with a maximum of 2 issues in one incident,  if you are a pay as you go customer with no agreement, regardless of how long it takes to resolve the issue. This provides you with greater transparency and peace of mind, knowing you won't be hit with unexpected bills or fees. If you are a managed solution customer, or have an agreement with us,  you pay a much less fee.
  • In addition, we guarantee all the work we carry out via remote support. If we can't resolve an IT support issue (very unlikely), we won't charge you, ensuring that you receive the highest quality support.
  • For hardware-related fixes, we offer onsite visits for non-managed clients, with a fixed agreed fee for fixing the issue. This means that you can be assured that you won't face any unexpected costs or fees, and that your hardware issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • Our pay-as-you-go service, can be of great value to some of our clients. With this service, you only pay for the IT support you need, when you need it, without having to commit to a long-term contract or monthly retainer.

  • For non-managed clients who have an agreement with us, when an IT issue needs resolving, we offer a discount scheme depending on how frequent you contact us in a month. This means that you can benefit from a reduced cost while still receiving the same high-quality IT support services.
